Commissions Carleen Anderson Tribute to Sarah Vaughn

This one-off show resulted following an exploration around outstanding female voices with Brighton Festival’s Guest Director, the writer Ali Smith. Ali and Laura shared a massive appreciation of the unique vocal ability of the artist Carleen Anderson. This led to Laura exploring with Carleen if she had any unrealised creative hopes that were close to her heart. The result of which is this Sarah Vaughn homage, accompanied by a collection of some of the finest musicians from the world of jazz.
